Xerox Pricing & Contract Manager in Ontario, Canada
This position is part of the Strategic Pricing and Contracts team. The successful candidate will spend a majority of their time supporting the field sales organization with pricing, structuring, and contracting of our large deals. The individual will be required to operate across many disciplines including sales, operations, finance, XFD, legal and administration.
Collaborate with sales organization to creatively package deals to meet customer needs.
Negotiate Contract Terms and Conditions on behalf of the company.
Creating and maintaining P&L’s for contracts and sales opportunities.
Support Sales in responding to RFP's for Pricing of Equipment and responding to Terms and Conditions on behalf of Xerox.
Manage the interactions and approvals for each deal by working with sales / operations / marketing / finance / XFD / legal / accounting and administration to ensure we track and manage all the approval process for each deal.
Presenting Deal Reviews to Senior Leadership in order to obtain necessary approvals.
Facilitate best practice sharing
Work on various mini-projects to improve the internal process of contracting

Minimum 3-4 years experience in finance
Must be extremely flexible and able to handle extensive multi-tasking.
Strong business acumen
Must have strong mathematical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Finance / Contracting skills and experience a definite asset
Field sales experience a definite asset
Oral and written French a definite asset
Ability to work cross-functionally effectively and quickly to make a deal happen
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Very Strong Communication skills
High level of achievement & self motivation
