PARC is incubating a new software venture in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) space, based on industry-leading technology developed at PARC. Building of a world-class group of scientists and engineers with decades of experience in prognostics and system health monitoring, the new venture has ambitions to redefine how industrial equipment is managed.

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join the team. This person should have expertise in crafting and executing successful demand generation programs for the industrial enterprise segment, while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies. We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, and has a strong appetite for growth.   • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to, webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, etc.

  • Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive industrial MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.

  • Own campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, design, marketing and product teams.

  • Together with the marketing team, develop content that will engage and educate targeted segments, drive demand, revenue and meet relevant business goals.

  • Regularly report campaign performance metrics to key stakeholders.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time marketing experience, with at least 3 years of demand generation / campaigns experience

  • Experience implementing industrial, digital demand generation programs

  • Must have a firm grasp of digital marketing best practices, yet have an innate curiosity to continually investigate new trends

  • Experience with both digital and non-digital demand gen tactics

  • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis

  • Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels

  • Experience partnering with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey

  • Demonstrated success running marketing programs that combine email marketing, marketing automation, social media engagement, SEO, SEM, blog writing, content creation and reporting

Preferred technical skills:

  • Experience (certification preferred) using Hubspot

  • Working knowledge of HTML and popular content management systems (CMS)

  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an understanding of how to set and track goals, report website metrics, and their impact on marketing strategy

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
