Job role:

Senior Business Developer - Customer Communication Management Services. To support our expansion in France in the CCM Services, we are now looking to strengthen our team by recruiting a Senior Business Developer.

GI is specialized in customer communications across various sectors, helping businesses improve their marketing performance through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and multi-channel delivery.

Responsibility:

You will be responsible to achieve new business services for a range of offers including content, graphic design, document composition, multi-channel delivery, customer experience enhancement, and advanced communication platforms.

What you will do:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new CCM business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

  • Build meaningful senior customer relationships and pre-engage ahead of any client procurement exercises to ensure Xerox are well positioned.

  • Personalize the standard CCM value proposition to resonate within the target market and sector that is being operated within.

  • Develop a live pipeline of qualified sales prospects.

  • Achieve an annual new business target, based on Revenue and Gross Profit.

  • Focus on personal development and expanding your knowledge and network within your sector and/or marketplace, to help develop and refine the positioning of Xerox/GI to your customers.

What you bring:

  • As a sales advisor you understand client requirements and you can advise them on the communication & marketing services that fit their needs.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in marketing services, CCM.

  • You should be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to build and maintain new client relationships at all levels.

  • You will bring at least 5 years in successful sales or consultancy experience in the marketing journey.

  • You will be able to clearly articulate instances where you have problem-solving abilities, which have resulted in positive business outcomes for your clients.

  • You will be required to maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales values in the company's Salesforce CRM along with providing regular reports and updates to sales management on sales progress and results.

Skills & Experience:

  • Master's degree.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Ability to work independently and in a global team.

  • Knowledge of Quadient application

  • Fluent in English & French.

  • Training includes field time, live prospecting, virtual classes, and self-paced e-learning.

  • Go Inspire Sales Master Expert coaching.

  • Effective collaboration with Client Manager, GI Subject-Matter Experts, Service Delivery, Bid Team.
