External communications

  • Support for the organization of Xerox events (conferences, trade shows, workshops, public relations, etc.)

  • Acquire and process information as part of the external communications plan.

  • Work on the quality of information

  • Optimize event organization

  • Take charge of guest reception

  • Monitor performance and measure ROI

  • Design and send out satisfaction surveys

  • Networking actions

  • Customer experience

  • Optimize information collected for each event (CRM)

  • Liaise with sales force (support)

  • Analyze collected information

  • Internal communication

  • Help prepare and organize back-to-school kick-off event

  • Collect information and coordinate content

  • Provide logistical support

Other

  • Social networks: animate Xerox pages by posting articles associated with organized events, search for “target” profiles

  • Communication: help streamline and optimize tools

  • Suppliers: identify best practices and help implement them, taking into account the Xerox environment.

  • Culture: operational support for Xerox transformation (External Focus)

  • Technology watch / events (External Focus)

SKILLS AND QUALITIES :

  • Sense of initiative, rigor, punctuality, adaptability and responsiveness

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good writing skills in French and English

  • Proficiency in the Office / Windows pack, Internet navigation, social networking (especially Linkedin)

  • Good command of English (reading, speaking and writing)

  • Interest in new technologies and their use

  • Autonomous, with responsibility for certain marketing files.

  • Reports to the Events & Customer Experience Manager.
