Responsible for providing an independent and cost-effective internal audit source to all operations.
Ensures systems controls are in place and determines operation’s consistency with corporate objectives and standards through various verification methods and procedures.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
Decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan
Generally domestic scope/accountability
Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit and/or SOX testing.
