Purpose:

  • Responsible for providing an independent and cost-effective internal audit source to all operations.

  • Ensures systems controls are in place and determines operation’s consistency with corporate objectives and standards through various verification methods and procedures.

Scope:

General:

  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

  • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience

  • Decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan

  • Generally domestic scope/accountability

  • Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit and/or SOX testing.
