Essential Functions:
Possesses skills and competencies to deliver intermediate contracted customer requirements (document prepping, scanning, and storing)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Point of contact to receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs
Operate office/production equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner)
Operate standard finishing equipment (e.g., paper cutters, inserters, laminating, spiral binders, hole punch unit)
Problem-solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements
Perform quality inspection before, during, and after the output of each production run
Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs
Inspect files for problem areas, including fonts, image resolution, and image registration
Maintain reporting logs and information for billing
May be required to travel to various account sites, as necessary
Skills:
Provide excellent customer service
Able to work independently, maintaining a high attention to detail and organization
Functional knowledge of a PC, including Microsoft Office and web browsing
Demonstrated ability to send and receive emails, find, open, and save documents and files, perform data entry
Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism
Experience and Education:
Training provided on print and device duties (no experience required)
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
