• Responsible for all Information Management activities, supporting IT infrastructure, applications and networks.
Primary focus would be on supporting the daily operations of our end users and their technology resources. Empowering our end users is job one, and that can entail everything from new PC imaging, to application support, to vendor management.
Experience using an enterprise class ticketing system is a plus but not required.
The ability to work in a team environment and collaborate is essential both in person and remote.
Familiarity with MS SCCM, WDS, Active Directory, Cisco, SQL, .Net Programming, PHP, or Web Development
A certification, like MSCE, SCA, MTA, COMPTIA A+ Network +, Security+ or Cisco CCNA
You have 1 year or more experience with Windows Operating Systems (Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 or Windows Enterprise 7 and 10) in a Helpdesk Technician or Application Support Specialist Role.
• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers
• Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
• Moderate decision making authority guided by policies, procedures, and business operations protocol
