Xerox is looking for a Customer Service\Sales Support Specialist for our Portland team. The Customer Service\Sales Support Specialist will support the Major Accounts Team by performing the responsibilities noted below. The role will be based in Portland, OR. This is an entry-level sales opportunity, where you will work directly with the sales team and clients to create sales and success.


1.Coordinate equipment sales paperwork, pick-up and delivery paperwork, lease documentation and billing requirements with Major Account Rep to ensure accuracy. Provide status updates.

  1. Coordinate and follow-up all Major Account orders to ensure delivery timetables are met and equipment is delivered to appropriate locations. Provide status updates.

  2. Assist with Onsite Major Account Walkthroughs. Requires analytical ability and Microsoft Excel work.

  3. Provide Onsite backup to contracted Onsite Administrators in Healthcare organizations. This primarily involves delivering toner to end users.

  4. Follow-up and trouble-shoot service emergencies with service managers and dispatch department.

  5. Research and respond to Major Account customer inquiries including but not limited to the adding and removing of equipment from contracts.

  6. Coordinate Implementation Plan training objectives and subsequent re-training customer requests and assist in training when necessary.

  7. Attend weekly meetings with Major Account Rep to review Service and Volume reports.

  8. Prepare for and attend Major Account Reviews.


1.Ability to interact with Account Executives, members of the various departments, manufacturers, dealers and CTX customers.

2.Ability to coordinate group meetings and conference calls.

3.Ability at multi-tasking

4.A high level of analytical ability is required in order to find solutions to difficult human, technical and administrative problems.

5.High level of communication skills (both oral and written) in order to convey knowledge and ideas in a logical manner to others.
