Purpose:

Leads and is accountable for comprehensive, end-to-end design for Automation solution proposals ranging in size and of medium to high complexity, potentially including both single and multi-country deals.

This position plays a key role in the pursuit of new business, understanding the client’s requirements to craft winning solutions that are commercially acceptable to the customer. Conduct assessment and solutioning workshops to determine Automation feasibility and scope, develop business and technical solution to transform and automate the process.Works in close collaboration with sales, bid management and service delivery, internal and external partners. This individual will orchestrate and enable deal wins.

Works with deal pursuit team members to develop a value proposition and business case for the service and helping articulate this in a compelling manner to the client. This requires working within the relevant governance and processes.

  • Bid/Sales Support: Supports the presales phase of dealpursuit. Assists with the preparation and delivery of service contractproposals, bids and tenders.

  • Solution Design Authority: Takes responsibility for allcomponents input to Solution design as well as to qualification and businessapproval meetings. Shapes and architects automation proposals working withpartner(s) where relevant

  • Cost and Risk: Defines the approach to solution design,controlling scope and the work of the design team in order to ensure anacceptable cost structure. Able to articulate the entire solution to a clientor partner on a technical and business level, clearly identifying benefits andrisks.

  • Requirements and Design: Designs innovative solutions,and where required can manage the work of different specialists includingpartners and third parties - contributing to the design and implementation.Works with Xerox pursuit team to develop services and pricing.

  • Integration: Co-ordinates and engages the supportingshared services (e.g. Global Delivery Team) and service delivery teams - aswell as partner input where relevant - to develop seamless end to end servicedesign for customers.

  • Due Diligence: May be responsible to lead the duediligence phase of bid pursuit and to validate and revise the service design asnecessary.

Required Experience:

  • Overall experience of 10 -12 years with at least 2-3 yearsin solutioning, deploying RPA technologies like UiPath/Blue Prism/AutomationAnywhere and/or ML/AI capabilities like OCR/ICR, image recognition, NLP,chatbots etc.

  • Sound experience in designing innovative RPA solutions inresponse to clients key business drivers leveraging technologies like RPA/ML/AI/NLP/Chatbots

  • Domain knowledge of key functions like Finance, HR, Orderto Cash, Supply Chain is added advantage

  • Should have experience in conducting assessment andsolutioning workshops to be able to determine Automation feasibility and scope

  • Proven ability to innovate to provide solutions thatimprove clients business performance

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

  • The ability to analyze issues and to find resolution toproblems by using a rational, systematic approach

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Demonstrates a strong team ethic with the ability tobuild relationships and work effectively in large and small teams.

Certification/Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

  • Solution consultant certification for RPA technologieslike UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
