Global HRIS AMS Manager to join the Xerox Global HCM Team. This position reports directly to the Director of HCM. This role is critical in building and maintaining solid business relationships with the HR customers. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

This position manages the Production Support Function for the Xerox HRIS suite that includes Oracle HCM, Oracle Learning, and Taleo ATS. This role is accountable for managing the Production Support Team and the Production Support Function.


  • Manage the Production Support Team to support Oracle HCM, Oracle Learning Cloud, Taleo and other HR technologies within the Xerox HRIS landscape.

  • Manage and work help desk tickets and issues via the incident management process. This includes monitoring Oracle HCM queues to ensure all incidents are acknowledged and addressed in a timely manner.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members. Build a high performing production support team.

  • Coordinate activity and communication across functional, development and operational teams to resolve issues and or concerns.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements in both process and or technology.

  • Triage work according to process and business priority.

  • Resource plan to ensure adequate production support coverage.

  • Lead delivery of minor enhancements and scheduled product upgrades.

  • Provide management reports detailing production support productivity

  • Coordinate and Facilitate Production Support Team Meetings

  • Create, write and implement Production Support Best Practices Policies

  • Manage vendors and escalate appropriate issues.

Required Experience:

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong leadership skills to coach junior team members

  • Global experience; direct involvement with supported COEand technical professionals at different levels in the organization acrossgeographies

  • HCM Cloud experience preferred
