The Senior Service Delivery Manager, FedRAMP, in the Xerox Engineering Services and Support team is responsible for the design, deployment and support of secure on cloud (IaaS, PaaS) hosting solutions for the Xerox Managed Print Services FedRAMP offering. Searching for an IT leader with a strong technical background, FedRAMP experience, and knowledge of ITIL framework to help evolve the team, the platform, and drive business value in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute directly to the strategy, development and quality of IT Service Management and the company’s service delivery capability

  • Design IT Services in FedRAMP certified commercial cloud environments including infrastructure, connectivity, operational characteristics, security, and contingency

  • Lead activities to support and improve architecture, systems, processes, standards and tools

  • Provide oversight and management for FedRAMP documentation and continuing submissions to government authorities

  • Active stakeholder and driver in Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Operating Level Agreements (OLAs) and compliance initiatives

  • Report to stakeholders on a comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs based on the IT service deliverables and the agreements

  • Oversee and participate in internal or external audits. This includes formal audit exercises against a defined standard, for example, FedRAMP Moderate, FedRAMP High, ISO270001, penetration testing

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of application developers, operations engineers, and architects to understand complex product requirements and translate them into automated solutions

  • Lead and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, and high availability in support of Infrastructure, Software and Platform as a Service offerings

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle processes including: Agile and traditional delivery models, coding, and code promotion

  • Familiarity with industry security standards like ISO27001 and Sarbanes Oxley

  • Good understanding of IaaS and PaaS Cloud concepts and providers

  • Experience with implementing Information Security policies

  • Experience of cross-functional working and the ability to demonstrate a collaborative approach with regards to building key relationships across the business and external partners

  • Understanding of operation environments across the service management lifecycle (strategy, design, transition and continuous service improvement)

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must maintain high degree of confidentiality

  • Strong team player with professional interpersonal style

  • Experience in project management or service delivery roles in business and/or technology

Candidate Education:

University degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related subject

Professional Certifications:

  • ITIL v3 Certification
