Xerox Xerox Services Offering Manager in ROCHESTER, New York

Purpose:

Lead and coordinate all Xerox Services Offerings marketing related activities.

Scope:

This role supports a strategic opportunity for revenue growth. The remit includes current horizontal and vertical services offering portfolio excluding Intelligent Workplace Services

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clear understanding and continuous analysis of market opportunity and competition conducted through independent analysis, market research (both publicly sourced and through defined market research project), and industry analyst engagement.

  • Ability to work on strategic initiatives such as defining new market opportunities, expansion into verticals, clear understanding of the technology component (Xerox and Partner) used to deliver these services.

  • Develop offering messaging platform and a set of customers and internal facing materials articulating Services offering value proposition in a compelling manner.

  • Work collaboratively with Business Group stakeholders, Offering Development Team , Service Delivery and Marcom team colleagues.

  • Ability to develop and manage a comprehensive marketing plan with some elements managed by other core functions such as Xerox.com, Social Media, Learning and Development, Content House, PR/AR, Sales Enablement to deliver a concise and fully integrated experience when bring these services to market.

  • Manage marketing budgets for materials developed inside the Offering Marketing team per plan as well as ensuring budget allocations for other key areas are defined to deliver the overall marketing plan.

  • Support sales training, kick-off materials, RFP/RFQ content and alignment with regions to ensure deployment of materials and associated initiatives to meet business case objectives for the portfolio.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor or Master’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)

Candidate Background – Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Good spoken and written English, Other European languages preferred, but not essential

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Software, Solution and/or Services Marketing experience

  • Sales experience is a plus

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite

  • Proficient at prioritization and time management.
