Role Overview:

Are you ready to shape the future of digital workplaces while taking on a pivotal role? As a Key Accounts Manager at Xerox, you'll lead the charge in driving digitization for our established large/enterprise Services customers. This position goes beyond traditional sales, requiring you to deeply understand each client's business and engage proactively with all levels of the organization, from operational staff to executives. Your knowledge and insight will empower you to identify and offer innovative solutions that enhance client success, optimize product and service utilization, and contribute to profitable revenue growth. What you'll do:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in executing sales strategies that drive digital transformation within established client accounts. Identify opportunities, set deal strategies, and establish win themes that result in signed business.

  • Performance-Driven Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Your primary focus will be on Total Revenue, Total Profit, and New Business Signings.

  • Negotiation Expertise: Lead contract negotiations for service renewals and new business expansion, ensuring favorable outcomes for both clients and Xerox.

  • Financial Acumen: Take ownership of P&L management for each account, including existing services and any new services sold. Present financial insights persuasively to clients, always prioritizing their best interests.

  • Innovative Solutions: Drive the development of new business opportunities by offering innovative solutions that address clients' challenges while expanding Xerox's footprint within the defined account base, position strategic digital enablement solutions for operational performance improvement.

  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate existing client relationships and forge new ones through regular contact and communication. Your ability to connect will set you apart.

  • Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and impactful messaging. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams.

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.

  • Tech Proficiency: Leverage your technical prowess with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems (Salesforce) to streamline processes.

  • Strategic Analysis: Showcase your proficiency in conducting client current state studies, crafting compelling business proposals, and delivering persuasive presentations to senior management.

  • Enterprise-Level Acumen: Extensive experience in effectively navigating and closing deals with enterprise-level accounts.
