Xerox Digital Sales is looking for sales professionals for future growth

Location: Saint John, NB

Position Concept :

Telesales is a ‘virtual agency’ program with Xerox Customers and potential new customers. The sales executive will be responsible for competitive sales growth and retention in an assigned geographic territory in the US. This position is a quota-bearing position focused on developing Xerox accounts to generate incremental business.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • ·Responsibility for achieving revenue targets

  • Year over year revenue growth, Competitive penetration and wins.

  • Implement sales strategies/call prioritization to achieve activity & revenue targets.

  • Cold calls to non-customers and existing customers within assigned territories.

  • Understand customer requirements and develop a solution that meets their needs.

  • Communicate the features, advantages and value of our Xerox Solutions

  • Maintain and follow a tight Sales Management Process.

  • Establish and maintain good customer relations, both internal and external.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Able to work independently as well as with a team

  • Able to follow a US holiday schedule


  • Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following:

  • Strong communication and customer relation skills

  • Ability to work independently and with a team.

  • Demonstrated sales experience or sales aptitude; assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated,GRIT.

  • Good mathematical ability

  • Entrepreneurial experience and mindset is an asset

  • Post-Secondary Education preferred or equivalent experience

  • Well organized.Effective time and activity management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work, with attention to detail.

  • Engaging Presentation Skills with experience presenting at C-Level

  • Mature and self confident with the ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent knowledge and experience using all Microsoft Office Applications

  • Must be able to follow US holiday schedule
