Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to help drive XFS performance:

  • Develop understanding of key challenges and competitors

  • Develop & communicate new products & programs to address market needs

  • Organise quarterly country sales reviews

  • Conduct annual customer survey

  • Develop & maintain competitive rate (price) analysis tool

  • Provide analysis and reporting of Xerox performance

  • Own, give guidance and support to countries on all matters related to communications:

  • Ensure consistent XFS messages across all EMEA territories

  • Act as ‘Brand Champion’ for XFS to ensure compliance with Xerox brand

  • Support & approve communications formats

  • Organise & co-ordinate events

  • Communicate & track annual marketing budget, including EMEA support for country programs

  • Day to day management of country & EMEA spend

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent English

  • Understanding of Sales processes

  • Project managed, planned and executed marketing campaigns

  • B2B marketing experience

  • Developed compelling copywriting and creative content

  • Developed both internal and external communications

  • Microsoft Office skills including Advanced PowerPoint & good Excel
