Scope:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to join our high performing Large Enterprise Account sales team in a position based in Kista, outside Stockholm, reporting directly to the Nordic Sales Director.

The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for maintaining a productive and efficient collaboration with some of our Key Commercial as well as Public Clients, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and continuous increase of revenues, leveraging the wide range of Xerox’ Services Portfolio.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To maintain and enhance Key Client relationship to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and business growth.

  • To oversee and manage all aspects of Key Client engagement, i.e. the sales/marketing efforts for new business development.

  • Attend and lead short- and long-term budget development.

  • To analyze End-user needs and make recommendations of additional product/services offered by Xerox Services.

  • To determine resource allocation levels and be accountable for meeting project- and/or contractual commitments.

  • To document and report all external and internal interactions, activities and events related to account management in corporate CRM system.

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven skills and experience working with Key Account Management with a base in Sweden.

  • Knowledge and understanding of current and next generation service offerings within our industry.

  • Knowledge and understanding of business processes and competitive landscape within our industry.

  • Proven skills in balancing client requirements within a business case review.

  • Ability to rapidly attend, manage and solve complex problems.

  • Ability to exercise creativity within defined procedures, processes and policies to obtain best practice solutions.

  • Ability to work independently as well as lead a pursuit team to achieve sales targets and productivity goals.

  • Knowledge and understanding about the importance and need for continuous P&L driven initiatives within a contractual arrangement.

  • Experience from Service- and Operations Outsourcing

  • This role requires the candidate to be native Swedish speaking and equally skilled with the English language, both in written and verbal communications at all levels of the customer and internal organization.
