Xerox Business Solutions - Southwest is currently hiring for an Account Manager. The Account Manager expands and retains customer base through account visits, competitive system identification and equipment demonstrations and training, while assisting the sales force to help maximize productivity.

Major Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for service and billing escalations, customer liaison.

  • Explore new revenue opportunities within assigned accounts

  • Build and maintain a working relationship with heads of departments.

  • Act as a technology consultant, assess department's needs and environment, and make device recommendations.

  • Oversee delivery, installation, and training end users on all new equipment.

  • Demonstrates empathy and understanding of customer concerns.

  • Strategizes with sales and service on account situation and action plan; Generates sales leads

  • Serves a liaison between customer, sales and service.

  • Occasional Travel

Basic Requirements:

  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)

  • Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)

  • Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement

  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
