Xerox Graphic Communications Client Manager in Utah

Purpose :

Builds and maintains effective relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Serves as the primary interface for all products and services, and creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.

Scope :

  • Manager with significant leadership and responsibility todrive results

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Engage accounts at all levels (including VP and C-level) tounderstand strategic objectives and operational priorities and communicateXerox value proposition.

  • Grow profitable revenue by introducing new services andsolutions to solve client’s business problems and/or capture new opportunities

  • Develop, communicate and lead execution of a strategicbusiness plan that supports achievement of revenue and profit growthobjectives.

  • Understand account P&L and manage to opportunity areas

  • Manage sales team to pursue and capture complex, strategicopportunities

  • Leverage all Xerox channels as appropriate to optimizeaccount penetration

  • Ensure successful resolution of customer satisfaction issues

  • Lead RFP/RFI response activities

  • Engage and collaborate with pricing and contractingresources to propose, negotiate and close large and complex contracts

  • Ensures financial governance processes are adhered to forall new and renew opportunities.

  • Leverage Focus Executives, Industry Marketing and AlliancePartnerships to expand client relationships and identify new opportunities

Candidate Education :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Master's Degree MBA Preferred

Candidate Background :

Skills, Knowledge & Ability :

  • Established track record of achieving revenue and booking targets

  • Demonstrated ability to manage & develop senior client relationships

  • Demonstrated ability to Lead and manage multiple, long and complex selling cycles

  • Possess a significant level of industry knowledge and end-to-end business process expertise
