We are looking for an Account Manager - Graphic Arts and in this role your main responsibilities will be generating sales to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives. You will manage named accounts within a geography. In addition, you will sell the Xerox portfolio of hardware, software and services, develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts. The role will also focus on profitable revenue growth whilst providing the business rationale and risk assessment to management for making investments in the account to develop such businesses.
Other requirement of the Account Manager – Graphic Arts role are:-
• Increased penetration/Customer Retention
• Participate with the appropriate sales organization in account planning.
• Responsible for average accounts and/or dollar quota/territory compared to the company’s average
• Has high level of authority or opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms
• Is the lead when presenting products/services to existing or prospective customers
• Influences customers and diffuses potential problems
• Anticipates customer needs and identifies appropriate alternative
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures, practices and policies to obtain solutions
• Works independently; receives minimal guidance
As an Account Manager- Graphic Arts your skills and qualifications would include:
•Graduation in specialized field (Example: Bachelor of Engineering etc.) or equivalent/Preferred in technical offering area
•Production Print Hardware and Software knowledge
•IT Standard knowledge – TBD
•Deep understanding of competitive landscape and Graphic Art knowledge
•C-level influencer of client print/color strategy
