We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator who is passionate about delivering hardware implementations and building excellent relationships with our customers. As an Implementation Coordinator, you will own client engagements and be the internal advocate for your customers. You will be responsible for key project factors like resources, scope, timeline, deliverables, budget, reporting, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate across organizations including Implementation, Sales, Product Management, and Support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Your Mission:

  • Manage both customer and internal-facing hardware installation projects, responsible for tasks including requirements gathering, estimation process, project execution and status tracking, internal reporting and record-keeping, customer reporting, and stakeholder management

  • Manage project scope and customer expectations

  • Work collaboratively with other internal and external organizations and departments, including implementation, sales, support, IT infrastructure, engineering, and product management teams to ensure successful completion of customer implementations

  • Coordinate all aspects of an installation service offering for a client from inception to go-live

  • Manage internal hand-off to support by coordinating the completion of all customer-facing and internal solution deliverables

  • Consultative approach

  • Previous project management experience is beneficial

Your Experience Includes:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or another related field

  • 2+ years experience working in a client/customer-facing Professional Services role

  • 1+ years experience performing in a Junior Project Manager role

  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with a passion for technology

  • Strong leadership and project management skills

  • Past experience as a Business or Solutions Analyst, or in a Technical role advantageous

  • Creative problem-solving skills focused on solutions and removing obstacles

  • Ability to build relationships and enhance cooperation

  • Interest in leading software implementations and learning conversational-level application functionality

  • Previously worked as an implementation consultant, or on privacy projects
