Purpose:

Builds and maintains effective relationships with a defined customer base to ensure a high level of satisfaction and increase revenues. Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Serves as the primary interface for all products and services and creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers.

General :

  • Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers

  • Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills

  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

  • Moderate decision-making authority guided by policies, procedures, and business operations protocol

PrimaryResponsibilities:

  • Building up new customer relationships on all levels (C-Level, etc) and securing contracts to achieve sales targets

  • Utilisation of the entire sales cycle from initial customer contact to contract conclusion

  • Development of potential customers using all sales methodologies from cold calling, meetings but also indirect methods such as networking

  • Qualification of prospects against our quality criteria of ideal customers Use industry sector experience and client knowledge to assess client unique industry, business and IT environment needs to match Xerox Offerings

  • Consulting of customers regarding the possible applications of our solutions and presentation of the respective business case

  • Gathering of the greatest possible domain knowledge in order to be able to conduct high quality conversations with customers

  • Conduct presentations for senior managers, directors and decision makers

  • Offer preparation on the basis of our templates

  • Define and meet Win Strategy Criteria, using sales specialists, solution architects and other SME roles to craft specific offering and technical requirements for SOW

  • Continuous development and compliance with sales plans

  • Development and maintenance of key-account plans to identify opportunities

  • Reporting of the sales progress by means of CRM tool

  • Detailed reporting on customer interactions

  • Preparation of sales forecasts based on best case and likely case considerations with a focus between 1 and 6 months

  • Collaboration with technical colleagues to proactively avoid problems

  • Development and maintenance of a strong cooperation with third parties and Partner companies

  • Cooperation with marketing to achieve sales targets and plan campaigns

  • feedback to the management to reduce sales cycles and expand the -goals

  • Provide feedback to the other colleagues in order to optimally support market trends, challenges and customer needs

  • Cooperation with marketing to further optimize the sales tools

  • Support of the company in the positive public image and strengthening of the brand

  • Exercising all activities at the highest level with the greatest professionalism

Candidate Education:

  • Graduation in specialized field (Example: Bachelor ofEngineering etc.) or equivalent

Candidate Background:

  • Minimum Comparable Account and industry- based sales experience

  • Minimum Knowledge of current/next generation services offerings

  • Minimum Deep Industry knowledge- business process and competitive landscape

  • Minimum IT Standard knowledge- TBD

  • Minimum Demonstrated negotiation skills balance client requirements with business case for deal

  • Minimum Demonstrated CIO and Other C-level interaction and insight-based influence
