The Channel Marketing Specialist:

  • Track committed marketing activities by partners to optimize MDF usage.

  • Working with partner and partner manager to determine best programs; creating appropriate contracts to support agreed activities.

  • Workdirectly with partners to optimize demand generation activities

  • Thechampion to partners and partner managers on communicating and implementingXerox programs to optimize results

  • Work with finance to establish reporting and payment schedules.

  • Liaison with appropriate Xerox groups to support necessary assets to leverage during campaign (Product marketing, branding, etc).

  • Budget management

Planning events with partner account managers.

Partner with local Xerox teams for partner events (Examples: Sales workshops, floor days, incentive awards, trade shows)

Coordinate & Manage Partner Contests

Working with partners to ensure quarterly tactical programs are entered in systems to support selling activities

Sales rep contests to drive sales

Manage planning and acquisition of apparel and small give-a-ways customized by partner

Create quarterly program digital materials

Spiffs and incentive updates

Pricing and rebates flyers

Unique programs run at any given partner location

Implement Quarterly Support

Work with finance to ensure implementation

Creation of supporting collateral (Quarterly promotions and adhoc programs)

Ensure sales organizations understand and informed of all marketing programs

Analyze & summarize competitive trends each quarter

Read industry news, speak with partners, talk to sales and summarize program related trends each quarter

Act as lead when presenting products/services to existing or prospective partners

Creates presentations, sets appointments, delivers the presentation, answers questions

Candidate Education:

Bachelor Degree

3 to 5 years experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Channel marketing experience building programs and interacting with partners to educate how to implement

PowerPoint presentation building

Consolidates clear messaging toward partners that encourages investment and mindshare
