Purpose of Role:

Target new logo business for Xerox’s Digital Manufacturing. Creates, identifies, builds and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high visibility clients and increase revenue through engagements and a future pipeline. Be part of the Xerox team and contribute to creating a growing business as the primary interface for all digital manufacturing products and services by raising the profile through premium customer engagements.

The Digital Manufacturing Account Executive will lead sales engagements for our 3D Printing portfolio. Specifically, he/she will:

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quota

  • Close deals and build future pipelinewithin or exceeding goals

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential andcurrent customers and sales partners

  • Maintain product knowledge

  • Travel as needed to maximize growth and revenue, whileadhering to all Xerox travel policies and requirements

  • Completes all Xerox paperwork timely -expense reports, sales call logs, etc. – and regularly keep direct supervisorapprised of issues and potential sales.

  • Identify and create new opportunities

  • Lead a process to develop a deal strategy

  • Facilitate and lead the most appropriate tactics toexecute the strategy

  • Participate in key client meetings to qualify, scope andsupport the sale of major opportunities

  • A portion of incumbent earnings normally paid on quotavia an incentive/commission scheme

Background, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree qualification

  • A proven track record in significant/complex consultative sales engagements

  • Significant experience in proactively engaging at Senior Executive level within client organizations

  • Experience in digital manufacturing or supply chain with enterprise level experience in at least one of the following industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Equipment or Oil & Gas

  • Demonstrates innovation and deep understanding of client business drivers

  • Highly skilled Customer-focused sales leader with following identified skills:

  • Building New Logo business development plan

  • Building deal/opportunity Strategies

  • Developing Account Strategies

  • Having Business/industry knowledge

  • Capable of advising on Solution/Technical requirements

  • An understanding of Transition/business transformation

  • Ability to negotiate on all aspects of a contract

  • Strong financial acumen
