Xerox Director, Inside Partner Operations in United States

Position Objective: This position is responsible for driving the adoption of Sales Operational Excellence and Sales Management Process across USCG to drive increased sales activity of Xerox technologies & services. Position will also hold accountability for the insides sale team, strategy and execution. Working in collaboration with the regional head, other regionalmanagement team members and with Partners (Volume, Mid-Market & Federal), Sales Operations will be responsible for leading and managing all Sales Operations and Business Planning functions and maximizing revenue growth through the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales productivity programs and initiatives.

SCOPE:

  • Provides leadership direction through USCG regional executives to facilitate high-level strategic and operational outcomes across the organizations that have long-term impact on business objectives.

  • Develops, adapts and executes organizational strategy to achieve key business objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be an active member of the regional leadership team, to contribute to the development and implementation of the regional budget, business strategy, with specific focus on Hardware and Annuity Supplies.

  • Serves as primary leader of SOE & SMP within a region; interacts frequently with regional SLT regarding field issues, opportunities, business results, and how to implement best practices & new initiatives (from top down) that will drive growth for Xerox and partners.

  • Part of the USCG Sales operations team that Creates the SMP strategy, implements and establishes/ interprets metrics to determine success; creates SMP reporting around key metrics and ensures inspection through dashboard against established metrics, and is responsible for implementation at a regional level. Identify and manage issues at a regional level.

  • Provide program and operational management to the production resource within the region (field and virtual).

  • Implement and manage the training requirements for the region.

  • Measures sales force productivity and ensures effective implementation of established strategies and tactics.

  • Ensure effective analysis of salesforce, financial, product reporting to identify greater efficiencies and develop ad hoc programs to further enhance efficiency.

  • Leads Regional governance processes as appropriate.

  • Champions and ensures full compliance and use of USCG system architecture and investments to ensure effectiveness in SMP.

  • Collaborative working with all regional Sales Operations roles to develop and implement best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree Preferred

  • Ability to work in matrix organization - Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team oriented environment.

  • Demonstrate up to date knowledge of the organizations priorities, organizational relationships, business processes, and boundary conditions.

  • Demonstrated successful performance in key sales management and sales operational roles; strong SMP skills.

  • Ability to work with all levels within stakeholder organizations, under conditions of conflict.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations.
