Purpose
Responsible for human resource program and project implementation for business to which role is aligned.
Partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to facilitate delivery of programs.
Supports Talent COE and stakeholders within the assigned function, geography.

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan

Responsibilities
Use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business issues to deliver programs that facilitate the execution of business priorities
Act as a resource for colleagues and partners as SME for Talent programs.
Collaborate with colleagues and partners to execute on the business and talent strategy.
Generate analysis and reporting, draw insights and translate to drive critical talent program outcomes.
Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of HR and Talent Programs such as talent planning, workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement
Support in the execution of change activities
Coordinate between HRBPs, HRIT and HR Insights to assist with HR data analysis and dashboard needs
Support the annual strategic planning process for the organization
Provide project management for large,cross-functional HR projects
Plan and administer various talent programs
Oversee key operational activities such as managing agenda creation and follow-up actions for team supported
Candidate Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Skills
Excellent data analytics skills; proficient with Excel and MS Office Suite.
Demonstratedproject/program management skills.
Proven track record of completing projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as changing schedules, transformation and evolving requirements.
Excellent professional development skills such as oral and written communications,teamwork andcollaboration,and forecasting.
Highly organized, self-motivated learner, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team and with internal business partners.
Strategic thinker, planner and relationship builder.
Solid change management, negotiation, problem solving and facilitation skills
Possesses exceptional technical computer skills
Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.
