Xerox Operations Analyst, Channel MPS in United States
Channel Managed Print Services is seeking a highly involved individual who will be responsible with the rollout, onboarding, administration and compliance of US Channel MPS programs, working directly with partners on a routine basis. New programs, changes to existing offers, and the associated systems to support offers and maintain compliance and competitive awareness are highly dynamic in the channels business. Equipping partners with the knowledge and understanding of the programs is critical to the success of Xerox and the partners themselves. This role will encompass partner communication, training, support, compliance audits and reporting, changes to portals and various partner access points, and measuring overall effectiveness of active programs and partner enablement activities.
Ten years’experience working in an indirect, multi-channel operating environment
Collegeeducation preferred, but not required if experience compensates.Necessary experience would be in the IT industry and associated with channelpartner development / communications.
Demonstratedstrength and experience communicating to a diverse audience through variousspoken and electronic mediums – consistently measuring the effectiveness andimpact of the communications.
Strong, clearcommunication skills – verbal, electronic and written.
Experience withinteractive portals, web tools, eLearning. Marketing and light graphicdesign is a plus (e.g. PowerPoint, portal and app).
Willingness totravel 15-20% of the time, working with partner personnel in locations acrossthe country.
Experience andability to transfer innovative program requirements into effective modes ofcommunication, understanding, interest and compliance.
Effectivetracking and measuring of feedback relative to existing or new programs andinitiatives, finding conflicts, potential points of failure and opportunitiesto grow and expand the programs most critical to plan achievement.
Ability tocreate, track and report analytics associated with active programs andinitiatives.
Experienceworking with product, marketing, education, and offer development teams to addvalue and assume necessary responsibilities for new program success.
Demonstratedability to work effectively in a cross-channel, matrix environment where ideageneration and collaboration are a must for success.
Comfort workingin a fast-paced, dynamic and self-directed environment.
Experienceworking with product, offer/program development teams, as well as marketing andcommunication teams, to ensure the appropriate actions, investments andcommitment are made by partners to leverage innovation and competitiveprograms. Ability to measure, report and impact partner interest, use andcompliance.
Proficient in ITskills, ability to access, modify, use and create systems required to enablecontinuous operational improvement.
Proficient withExcel, Word, PowerPoint, Webex, and numerous on-line tools.
Ability to workwith a marketing / communication (and where necessary – IT teams) to clearlyoutline necessary system and partner portal detail, monitor quality andaccuracy, make modifications, measurement usage and effectiveness.
Ability tounderstand, author and edit procedural and contract documents.
Highlyexperienced in various forms of communications.
Comfort andexperience providing training, coaching and support.
Highlyorganized, strong documentation and action oriented.
- Bachelors Degreein Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance or other relatedfield; or equivalent and relevant work experience.
Typically hassignificant experience in IT areas and some exposure to financial and/oradministrative processes and activities.
Projectmanagement experience desired.
Excellentwritten and verbal skills.
Understand theelements of Operations and Planning (e.g. know how to define and implementoperational processes, procedures, and controls; know how to define andimplement policies to support tactical and strategic initiatives).
Knowledge inOrganizational Portfolio Management, Risk Management and Operations Excellence(e.g. efficiency improvements, elimination of organization waste, tight costcontrols etc.) desired
Exposure tochange management and the use of metrics.
Demonstrateshigh standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleaguesand staff.
Demonstrates theability to take responsibility and shows skill in the management of change andcan handle contacts of all types and at all levels.
Demonstrates arational and organized approach to the tasks undertaken and an awareness of theneed to achieve quality.
