Xerox VP, Production - South West / Pacific North West in United States

Purpose:

  • Work within US across channels to deliver strong Sales results across the team through disciplined, well-managed sales

processes and talent management initiatives.

Scope:

  • Reporting to the SVP, Sales, PVP is responsible for leading a team of Sales professionals consisting of Production Color

and Inkjet Specialists. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a track record leading and coaching complex

sales cycles, crisply executing an effective sales management process, and cultivating top talent.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead organization to achieve revenue and unit plan through a structured sales management process, including: driving

activities, pipeline, and a predictable outlook/forecast.

  • Coach team of Production Color and Inkjet Specialists to navigate and close complex Sales cycles at the highest levels.

  • Stay current with evolving customer and market trends, leveraging these insights to maximize customer value creation

and development of the team.

  • Fosters and maintains cross-functional relationships to utilize resources needed to accelerate the sales cycle.

  • Drive operational excellence in the execution of tactical selling strategies and activities, while being capable to elevate to

broader, strategic discussions/thinking.

  • Develop and maintain senior level client relationships with ability to function as a trusted advisor.

  • Attract, hire and develop top talent with the desire to continuously grow on our journey to become a world-class selling

organization.

Highly skilled Customer-focused sales leader with 12 years of successful experience with following identified skills:

  • Building deal/opportunity strategies

  • Having business/industry knowledge

  • Capable of advising on Solution/Technical requirements related to Production Color and Inkjet

  • Ability to negotiate on all aspects of a contract

  • Strong financial acumen to drive a Price to Win

  • A proven track record in significant/complex consultative services-led sales engagements and multiparty negotiationswith partners and clients.

  • Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth andrevenues.

  • Demonstrates innovation and deep understanding of client business drivers.

  • The individual needs to be a quick study and viewed as a highly credible sales leader, leading a value-oriented teamfocused on customers and prospects.

  • Excellent organizational, planning skills and habits.
