- Work within US across channels to deliver strong Sales results across the team through disciplined, well-managed sales
processes and talent management initiatives.
- Reporting to the SVP, Sales, PVP is responsible for leading a team of Sales professionals consisting of Production Color
and Inkjet Specialists. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a track record leading and coaching complex
sales cycles, crisply executing an effective sales management process, and cultivating top talent.

- Lead organization to achieve revenue and unit plan through a structured sales management process, including: driving
activities, pipeline, and a predictable outlook/forecast.
Coach team of Production Color and Inkjet Specialists to navigate and close complex Sales cycles at the highest levels.
Stay current with evolving customer and market trends, leveraging these insights to maximize customer value creation
and development of the team.
Fosters and maintains cross-functional relationships to utilize resources needed to accelerate the sales cycle.
Drive operational excellence in the execution of tactical selling strategies and activities, while being capable to elevate to
broader, strategic discussions/thinking.
Develop and maintain senior level client relationships with ability to function as a trusted advisor.
Attract, hire and develop top talent with the desire to continuously grow on our journey to become a world-class selling

Experience of having developed and executed business strategies to substantially increase account growth andrevenues.
