Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic tech savvy Community Owner: Product and Support to join our Xerox DocuShare Go product team who will establish and drive a community of both end and technical users for our new product. The right candidate will have a mix of experience in building communities, business software knowledge and enthusiasm, customer service and technical support, along with strong writing/communications skills via the social interface. This candidate will be responsible to take a newly launched product community and establish a thriving high-quality support ecosystem. Proven experience of community set up, building content, enthusiasm, collaboration and engagement as well as being passionate about support and enablement to our user will be key.

This role will be part of the Product Management and Enablement team.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Champion via the community environment

  • Onboarding and other community engagement programs

  • Conversation seeding

  • Comment moderation

  • User outreach and user group facilitation

  • Community guidelines enforcement

  • Community Technical Support and troubleshooting

  • Representing user feedback and needs to the internal organization

  • Creation and publishing of content

  • Product education and tutorials content

  • Oversite of product technical support lifecycle via the community

  • Monitor and report on community and social key metrics

Preferred Qualifications and Skillsets:

  • 3-5 years of relevant community leadership experience

  • BS in Marketing, Digital Communications or Business discipline is preferred

  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize, manage and track multiple priorities

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to details

  • Develops and fosters strong customer and partnering relationships

  • Excellent collaboration, writing, communication skills

  • Demonstrates high standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients colleagues and staff

  • An avid social media and technology consumer

  • Passionate for innovative and best in class community enablement

  • You are calm, diplomatic and don’t get ruffled by dissent or debate

  • Basic web technology experience a plus

  • Customer service experience is a plus
