Technical Support - Leeds

This is a fantastic opportunity and will see you deliver exceptional customer service in assisting our key clients with support on client copiers, printers and other multi-functional devices. With the support of a collaborative and close-knit team you will be key in helping drive our service delivery, supporting process improvements and contributing to the growth of the Xerox business.


With your extensive track record in delivering excellent customer service you will be the primary advisor for both the client and support on all escalation initiations and service delivery.

  • Manageteam incident workflows and resolution timelines within SLA

  • Supportand deliver accurate Installation, Move and Change processes.

  • Invitingcustomers to participate in Telephone-based problem resolution usingavailable tools to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

  • Liaisingwith various service desks, Xerox and 3rd party service providers

  • Facilitatingor escalating customer issues and complaints , both internally and externally

  • Providingsupport to the Service Delivery Team

  • Maintainingaccurate database information within XOS software application and othertoolsets

  • Progressall consumables orders, and track to resolution. (Alerts and Tickets)

  • Providingfeedback to management on any issues with logistics and/or in relation to thequality of information received


  • Good experience of problem solving and workingto SLA's/Targets

  • Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent.

  • Strong focus on, and attention to,detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbaland written

  • Good command of MS Office Suite, primarilyExcel, Word and Outlook

  • Basic understanding of Network Principles.

  • SCClearance – ability to undergo SC Clearance.


  • Technical knowledge of Laser Printing and MFDdevice functionality

  • Knowledge of network protocols and operatingsystems

  • Any relevant industry qualifications - ie A ,MCDST, Cisco CCN

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Good Team Player
